Reading and drinking tea - sunlight

Do you love reading then sharing your opinion?

AO&R are dedicated to creating a space for both readers and writers. The eight of us are first and foremost writers, so we thought it would be good to take a reader into our ranks. Someone who loves to read both YA and NA books and would be happy to review one book per month (more if you wish) either from the review requests we receive or from a book of your choice–by approval (but we’re pretty sure you’ll find we’re kinda easygoing). The person we’re looking for would have a dedicated date on the blog and access to our goodreads profile as well as AO&R social media.

So this is us, just a blog standing in front of a reader, asking you to join us. To join our crazy, fun, energetic team. Being a part of AO&R really is a lot more than just blogging, we’re all friends and have a strong support network.

If you think this is something you’d be interested in please send us an email with a little about yourself and maybe some links to reviews you have written on Amazon or Goodreads. Here –> aussieownedandread[at]hotmail[dot]com

We can’t wait to hear from you!

  1. Can non-Aussies apply? :.)
I just joined Good Reads a few days ago… I know, I know… What took me so long? I have a habit of dragging my feet with Facebook, Twitter, and now GoodReads. (Oh, and it was REALLY hard for me to give up my VHS collection when we got a DVD player as well. Which dates me, but that’s okay.)
Here’s a link to a combined review of a few books I read and loved over the summer months:

Feel free to put a comment on this blog entry if you find me interesting… even though I’m an UGG-wearing member of the U.S.A.

Good luck and hope you had as good a weekend as I did!

    1. Hi Ann,

Thanks for showing interest in joining our team. Non Aussies can apply, we’re looking for the person who is the best fit rather than the right nationality.

We’ve had a huge response, so we likely won’t make a decision for a few days.
