A Halloween Special: Come and Join Our Blog Hop

Nightmare in Aus

‘Tis now the very witching time of night,
When churchyards yawn and hell
itself breathes out
Contagion to this world.
~William Shakespeare

We are very excited to announce our Halloween blog hop, A Nightmare in Aus. We’d love to have you join us and get in to the “spirit” of things as we celebrate All Hallows’ Eve with a series of deep, dark and seriously spooky posts on October 31.

To really scare the pants off the dear blog readers, we are encouraging you to share your favourite scary story. This can be a retelling of an old tale, a story you made up, or simply a recap of your favourite horror fable and why (with correct credit, of course).

TREAT: To reward those innocent blog readers brave enough to step into our blog hop world, we will be offering up some exciting prizes, and we encourage you to do the same. The Aussie Owned and Read team will be offering horrifying critiques of fellow writers’ works and raising a collection of scary stories from the dead for our winners (or from Amazon; whichever is easier on the day).

If you join our hop, we will of course promote your post on our page and social media. We’ll jump on our broomsticks and fly it all over the Internet-world! Please note that, despite the title, we are not confining our horror to the continent of Australia. We’re embracing all things deep, dark and spooky WORLDWIDE!

So sign up on the linky below, and prepare yourself for A Nightmare in Aus
